You know when you get so frustrated or irritated or angry that you do something spur of the moment, then perhaps come to regret it later because you realize it can't be undone? Like the time you threw something at the wall and it broke, or you ripped pages out of a book that you actually wanted to read, or you ate dog food just to prove to your dog....wait...whaaaaat???
Let me explain...(as best as I can)...
A while back R was trying to teach L Dog to sit. They were both in the kitchen, R had a dog treat in hand. R was repeatedly giving Leviticus the command to sit in which Leviticus was not responding to, simply because he was so excited about the treat he apparently couldn't focus on anything else. R, not really frustrated, more so just annoyed, continued to give the command while Leviticus continued to drool over the treat he knew was coming. R would say things like "You're not gonna get this until you sit" or "Just sit Leviticus! Then it's all yours!" Apparently, neither were understood by Leviticus, because he continued to just stand there, drooling. Shocker, I know! Anyway, a few minutes passed and R soon gave up. He took the dog treat and popped it in his mouth and chewed it up like it was a piece of candy, then walked away like nothing had happened. Leviticus was left heartbroken. R was left with dog breath and I was left with sore abs that night from laughing so hard!! To R, it was the only thing he could do to get his point across.
The End.
: )
